What is Cemetery Brokerage?

Cemetery Brokerage is a Memphis, TN based cemetery resale business. We specialize in selling your plots! We also offer tombstone services, insurance services and more!

How does listing my property work?

For a low listing fee and small commission once sold we will handle advertising your property on our site and all in person sales of your property. This allows you to focus on the more important things in life while you have a trusted brand helping you.

How much does it cost?

We list each individual space for $150 each and offer priority listing for a one time fee of $125. Once the property is sold we charge a 12% commission for handling all the ground work. The deed transfer fee is included in the final cost of the plots.

Can I pay online?

Yes! We offer the ability to purchase listed property online as well as purchasing our listed properly online. When you checkout be sure to select PayPal or Debit / Credit Card to process an online payment.

How does the listing process work?

You pay listing fees upfront. That is $150 per plot. I add you to my website ( www.cemeterybrokerage.com ) and marketing material and my team does community outreach to connect with churches, funeral homes, and also online ads.

HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR PRICE

Two fees will be added to your price.

1) Deed Transfer Fee (Varies by cemetery)
2) 12% Commision

Ex: If your asking price is $2,500 per plot +$620 (Deed) + 12% ($300) then $3,420 would be the listed price for any potential buyer.

When a buyer is located I’ll contact you to setup a time to meet at the cemetery if you’re local. You have the option to receive your portion of the funds cash, cashiers check, or digital payment. If you aren’t local I’ll have the buyer buy the property online through Cemetery Brokerage to be sure the funds are available and in my account. The cemetery will send you the deed transfer electronically. Once signed the funds will be released directly into your bank account via bank transfer or digital payment.
